Anyways. Thanks Anet. I first started playing Guild Wars when it was Wintersday so I'm quite partial to this event each year it comes around. To have it twice this year was a nice treat, regardless of the reasons for the second running.

Now bring on the CNY!

I didn't have a lot of time to play GW during Wintersday this year, so this was awesome. I had expected, when the rerun was announced, that they were just going to redo the finale, I definitely didn't expect the entire event to rerun for a week and a half. Awesome

CNY this weekend, yay

Anyway, still very grateful. Came at a terrible time for me so I wasn't able to snowball at all, but I know a lot of people appreciated it.
Hahah, true! not everyone is a ratpack like me.

Want to add this, 16 of my characters now all have level 20 Heroes mwahahahahahaha. snowball dominance FTW! plus 500 gold every 2 minutes lol

Sorry you feel that way, but I truly am grateful. Read the above line. Also if there were something not satisfactory, believe me they will know

I think it's a bit refreshing from all of the "FU ANET NERF SHADOW FORM!" threads.

The redux was nice since I made some gold, though I'm a bit upset that I still haven't found a MPB yet

Positive feedback is just as relevant as negative.

If all we do is whine, Anet never gets any info on what they do right, because whenever such an event occurs, it is drowned out by the moaning and groaning of the masses.

Sometimes it is important to tell someone "This right here, that you did? I like this." Not only does it have that warm-and-fuzzy feeling, but it also encourages further efforts in that direction. It's nice to get feedback about what DOES work, rather than endless complaints about things people hate.

Yeah, it was nice of them, even thou it was kind of given that they should repeat bugged event.

Ianaged to get hats eventuall and even completed couple of quests to get pet, so yay for having perfect hat collection with no ommisions afterall, and yay for spending reall wintersday not playing

Given? Why?

The bug was fixed the very same day it occurred, and 3 or 4 finale games happened after the fix went live. They could have just hot-fixed the bug and be happy with it, since anyone was given the possibility to get the hats after all.

Even if I personally hate Wintersday and the whole farming/grinding fever it brings, I appreciate it. Good job, way to go. Thanks a lot!

I don't consider "positive feedback" sucking-up. Everyone likes to feel that their efforts are appreciated. This game would have died off years ago without ArenaNet's interest in their customer satisfaction rating. So thanks to all for bonus event.

I love that the festival quests were reset as well. More easy XP for my non-brawling survivor!

THIS. I thought it was just going to be the finale, too, and I wasn't expecting the entire event to be repeated. Thanks, Anet!

It is what they always did when something bugged in festivals. I agree, they could have just let hat giver npc giveout hats, but they aim for perfect event run.

Its funny, but I was cursing the fact that the AT's went on past midnight )again) but yet when I came back this evening, I was kinda sad they had actually cleaned them out.. guess I just wanted to be ornery! ^.^

I didnt actually get around to the quests until an hour before the end when I realized they had been reset

Loved the redux.

I hope something completely inconsequential but nonetheless extremely infuriating goes wrong with the Canthan New Year next weekend. I'd love a redux of that event as well.

Yes, thank you VERY much for this instead of the over 5 months late PvE skill update. Sincerely, I wanted a festival to get free stuff as opposed to something that will balance the game.
